25 years experience raising a contented and secure household of 5 children with a menagerie of cats, dogs, birds, and more!

Lynn has been devoted to animals since she was a small child in Wisconsin. As a toddler she would sit on the back porch, arms full of frogs, and cry because her mother wouldn't let her bring the 'wogs' into the house. At 3 she decided she was going to be a veterinarian when she grew up. From the moment she learned to read, she devoted her time to learning all she could about animals; not just dogs, cats, and horses, but wild animals as well. By her teens she was even reading 'Home Veterinary Handbooks', for entertainment!

As a child her family owned cats, dogs, fish, and even a pet rat (named Ara, after Mt. Ararat where Noah's ark landed). As an adult, she shares her home with her husband, 5 children, and a menagerie which has included dogs, cats, fish, birds, rats, mice, hamsters and rabbits.

While Lynn has spent most of her life with terriers and Australian shepherds, she has also owned retriever mixes and hound mixes. She has experience working with a wide variety of dog breeds, from Yorkies to Great Danes, from Anatolian Shepherds to Maltese.
